At 3:00 there were only 4 people there (Rickey, Horfun, Heidi and Rube). By 3:30 there were finally 10 (Nelson, Gil the Gazelle, Clement, Diana, Jason and Seven).
The field was a lake, due to the constant rain over the past week. By the time Rube made a very muddy survey of playing fields, all had pretty much given up. Dark clouds on the horizon, our spirit broken. We adjourned to Joe's, for perhaps the worst - and longest - game of pool ever played.
THERE WILL BE A GAME ON TUESDAY, 10 JANUARY (A PUBLIC HOLIDAY). MEET AT 10:00. I SUSPECT WE WILL PLAY AT WEST COAST PARK, BUT GO TO THE USUAL GATHERING PLACE FIRST. IF WE ARE NOT THERE, CHECK WEST COAST.
You forgot Fei. -- Horfun
